SUFU prohibits the use of member’s names, postal or email addresses or telephone numbers for solicitation of surveys, marketing or other unrelated SUFU business, unless approved by the SUFU Executive Committee. This includes use of or reference to the SUFU name in any correspondences, electronic or otherwise, sent out to members. Unauthorized use of the SUFU membership list or use of the SUFU name may result in disciplinary action and forfeiture of membership.

All requests for use of the SUFU membership list or the SUFU name for purposes of solicitation must be submitted to info@sufuorg.com with the subject line: Request to Solicit SUFU Members. Please allow 14 days for review.

If you would like your name and office contact information added to or removed from this directory, you may update your profile to opt-in/opt-out, or contact the SUFU office at 847-517-7225 or email info@sufuorg.com.

Note: All of the providers contained in this database are active members in good standing of the Society of Urodynamics, Female Pelvic Medicine & Urogenital Reconstruction. The results of your search by no means represents the entire number of Providers in a given search area. If your zip code or city does not show up in the listings, for example, do not take it to mean that there is no provider in that area - simply that there are no SUFU members in the area in which you desire to look that have opted to participate.
