Submit an Abstract for the Fellows Forum
To participate in the fellows-only program and podium session, which will be a non-competitive atmosphere, fellows must
submit a written abstract for presentation at this forum.
Abstracts may be different from, or duplicates of, those submitted to the SUFU Winter Meeting or recent AUGS meeting, and will be accepted to the Fellows Forum whether or not they were accepted for presentation at either meeting.

Industry Sponsors: For set-up and official Exhibit Hall hours, please refer to the service kit which is available and emailed out 30 days prior to the meeting start date.

SUFU has a green initiative, so instead of cutting down trees to make paper program books, we are cutting down on the use of paper and going electronic, which also cuts costs for the society as a whole. A link to the electronic version of the program book will be available on the website one week before the meeting.

If your Spouse/Guest would like to receive CME credit for attending the meeting, you must register that person separately at the appropriate category.
Encore Availability
Tuesday and Wednesday sessions will be available for viewing beginning on Friday, March, 10, 2024. The Thursday through Saturday sessions will be available for viewing beginning on Monday, March 13, 2024.
Early Registration Deadline
Meeting registration forms must be received by the SUFU Executive Office by January 29, 2024 to receive the discounted early registration rate. All forms received after this deadline will be assessed the regular registration fee.
Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy
Registration refund requests must be submitted in writing to the SUFU Executive Office by January 29, 2024. All refund requests will be subject to a $100.00 processing fee. No refunds will be made after January 29, 2024.
