  • One Entry to Cocktail Hour & 50th Anniversary Celebration
  • Entry to Scientific Sessions
  • Program Materials

SUFU has a green initiative, so instead of cutting down trees to make paper program books, we are cutting down on the use of paper and going electronic, which also cuts costs for the society as a whole. A link to the electronic version of the program book will be available on the website one week before the meeting.

Spouse/Guest Registration Fee Includes:

  • One Entry to Welcome Reception with Industry Partners
  • One Entry to Cocktail Hour & 50th Anniversary Celebration

If your Spouse/Guest would like to receive CME credit for attending the meeting, you must register that person separately at the appropriate category.

Early Registration Deadline

Meeting registration forms must be received by the SUFU Executive Office by January 23, 2019 to receive the discounted early registration rate. All forms received after this deadline will be assessed the regular registration fee.

Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy

Registration refund requests must be submitted in writing to the SUFU Executive Office by January 23, 2019. All refund requests will be subject to a $100.00 processing fee. No refunds will be made after January 23, 2019.
