Room Rate

SUFU has negotiated a discounted rate of $329.00 plus tax (currently 13%) at the Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa.

Hotel Deadline

The deadline to receive the SUFU 2024 Winter Meeting group rate is January 29, 2024 or until the block of rooms for the group have been reserved, whichever occurs first. SUFU encourages you to make your reservation early, as the hotel and discount block may sell out before this date. After this date, reservations will be accepted based on availability and higher rates may apply.

The conference block at the Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa is currently sold out but we are accepting names on a waitlist to replace cancellations and have also started sourcing a nearby overflow hotel.

Make Reservation

General Attendees and abstract presenters are responsible for making their reservations.

Reservations will be available in Summer 2024. Please reference the SUFU 2024 Winter Meeting to receive the discounted rate.

Invited Speakers

If you have received a SUFU Speaker invitation (excluding abstract presenters) and would like to make a hotel reservation, please use the hotel booking link provided in your invitation letter.

Please Note: Speaker invitations will be going out in late September. The speaker hotel reservations link will be sent in this invitation.

Industry Partners

Make Reservation

Industry supporter reservations will be available in Summer 2024.

Do not book a sleeping room within the attendee or speaker block. SUFU will audit the rooming list and any industry reservations made within the attendee or speaker blocks will be cancelled.

Hotel Deposit and Cancellation Policy

A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold a reservation. These deposits are fully refundable if the hotel is notified 72-hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.
