Program Offers

2-Year Fellowship for Urology
1 – 2 fellows per year

Our goal of our two-year ACGME accredited fellowship is to train the future leaders in the field of Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery. Our fellowship offers a multi-specialty approach to female pelvic floor disorders. Fellows work with Urology, Gynecology, Colorectal, and biostatistics to experience intensive and broad-based clinical, surgical and research experiences with progressive responsibility during their two-year training.

The program offers exposure to a wide spectrum of pelvic floor disorders including female and male incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, genitourinary fistulas, female urethral reconstruction, neuromodulation, mesh complications/removals and neurogenic voiding dysfunction. Fellows receive extensive training in robotic, vaginal, and abdominal surgical approaches. Fellows also complete six months of research in basic science or clinical studies which culminates in a thesis project.
