Registration Fee Includes:

  • One ticket to Welcome Reception
  • One ticket to Awards Reception
  • Entry to Scientific Sessions
  • Program Materials
    SUFU has a green initiative, so instead of cutting down trees to make paper program books, we are cutting down on the use of paper and going electronic, which also cuts costs for the society as a whole. A link to the electronic version of the program book will be available on the website one week before the meeting.

Spouse/Guest Registration Fee Includes:

  • One ticket to Welcome Reception
  • One ticket to Awards Reception

*If your Spouse/Guest would like to receive CME credit for attending the meeting, you must register that person separately at the appropriate category.

Early Registration Deadline

Meeting registration forms must be received by the SUFU Executive Office by 2/4/2017 to receive the discounted early registration rate. All forms received after this deadline will be assessed the regular registration fee.

Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy

Registration refund requests must be submitted in writing to the SUFU Executive Office by 2/4/2017. All refund requests will be subject to a $100.00 processing fee. No refunds will be made after 2/4/2017.
