Program Offers
The faculty for our ABOG-ABU accredited program includes 4 fellowship-trained Urogynecologists - 1 boarded in Urology and 3 boarded in Obstetrics & Gynecology. This provides depth, breadth and diversity to our clinical and surgical training, which includes vaginal, abdominal, laparoscopic, and robotic approaches to pelvic reconstruction. We also offer training in urinary diversions and endourologic procedures. High-quality research education, presentation and conduct is also fundamental to our FPMRS training program. The Loyola FPMRS Fellowship is a three-year program and also offers two advanced degree opportunities: (1) MS in Clinical Research Methods; (2) MA in Bioethics.

The programs is an ABOG/ABU approved fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS). It is a two year program with a concentration in research for the second years. There is an emphasis on Female Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery and Urodynamic testing. Fellows will also have the opportunity to gain experience in Male incontinence and neurourology outside of the formal FPMRS cirriculum.
