SUFU Foundation

SUFU Foundation was created to support both the next generation of FPMRS as well the study and application of urodynamics and neurourology, pelvic floor dysfunction, male and female voiding function and dysfunctions. The Foundation accomplishes this through a number of activities.

A highlight of the Foundation is the annual resident preceptor course where residents from all over the United States and Canada attended a 2-day FPMRS course. The goal of the resident preceptor course is to provide education in FPMRS and highlight what our specialty has to offer. In this way we hope to attract the best and brightest residents into our field. Over 330 residents have attended the course over the past 5 years.

The foundation supports other projects such as:

  • Grant funding opportunities for residents, fellows and young faculty
  • Travel grants for residents to attend the Winter meeting
  • Yearly Fellows Forum at the Winter meeting
  • Development of Care Pathways for patient treatment

Please consider donating today and help the Foundation continue to make a difference in the education of trainees and young faculty and to help support research that impacts patient care.
